The double anodized aluminum spool floats on 2 dedicated bearings, part of a 100% double-shielded system with 10 Japanese stainless steel ball bearings and a Powerlock™ instant anti-reverse roller bearing. The Duralumin drive gear is super-light, yet space-age strong. Our Dual Braking System™ syncs both magnetic and centrifugal cast control to make accurate, backlash-free casting almost second nature. We’ve also enriched the carbon drag, for incredibly smooth power at all settings.
